
Three Kosovars killed in road accident in Germany while returning from holiday in Kosovo
Three members of a family originally from Komogllava in Ferizaj have died in a serious traffic accident in Germany while on their way back from Kosovo.
Three members of a family originally from Komogllava in Ferizaj have lost their lives in a serious road accident in Germany while returning from Kosovo.
The news was announced by a fellow villager, Qerim Rexhepi, who shared the tragic news via a post on social media.
According to Rexhepi, the victims are Tahir Aliu, 61, his son Gentian Aliu, 34, and Laurenti Aliu, 16.
"It is with deep sorrow that we inform you of a tragic accident that occurred in Germany as our brothers were returning from Kosovo. The following have passed away: Remzi Aliu's brother, Tahir, aged 61; Tahir's son, Gentian, aged 34; and Bardhyl's son, Laurenti, aged 16," Rexhepi wrote.
In his post, Rexhepi extended his most sincere condolences to the victims' families, to the residents of the Nuhaj neighbourhood in Komogllava, and to all those affected by the tragedy.
German authorities have yet to release details regarding the circumstances of the accident.
